You're welcome to work with our preferred caterers, photographers, florists, DJs, and other event professionals. If your preferred vendor is not listed, please contact us for approval.

Yes. Alcohol may be served at The Wild Rose at our Garden Bar and must be provided and served by one of our select, approved bartenders. Our team can help you coordinate bar service for your event. Underage drinking is not permitted. A last call for alcoholic beverages will be performed approximately 30 minutes before the event conclusion. The Wild Rose reserves the right to immediately terminate alcohol service if unsafe conditions exist.
Yes. To reserve your event date, The Wild Rose requires a refundable security deposit of 30% of the total rental fee or a minimum of $250, whichever is greater. The security deposit helps cover any damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal use and is refunded after your event, provided the venue is left in accordance with the rental agreement.

The Wild Rose is a smoke-free facility. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas. No smoking within 25 feet of entrances.
